The National Committee on American Foreign Policy would like to congratulate General David H. Petraeus upon receiving the George F. Kennan Award for Distinguished Public Service.  Our congratulations also goes out to John Delury, Nathaniel Fick, and Joshua Cooper Ramo who received the first Young Leaders in Advancing American Foreign Policy Awards.
